We are one of the leading manufacturer of shell Mould & Green Sand Castings in Grey cast Iron , Ductile Iron & SIMO Graded as per the Customer Specifications

Component ranging from 0.30 to 25 Kgs with minimum Wall Thickness of 2.0 mm

We accomplish this with a diverse range of machinery, namely...

• Induction Furnace of 550 kW – 500 Kg. with melt rate of 1 MT per Hour.
• Fully mechanized mould handling system with monorail pouring system.
• Shot Blasting Machine – (2 Nos) –300 Kgs per 5 minutes–Conveyor Belt Type -Twin Turbine - Make Surfex
• Grinder , Chippers , Pneumatic grinder, Sand Blasting –for cleaning of casting internal cavity
